• USPS First Class or UPS Ground (Autos) Shipping is included for free within the USA with every order over $99.

  • Orders with a combined order total of under $99 have a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping, which will be USPS First Class. 
  • Upgraded USPS priority shipping is available for a flat rate of $6 if over $99, or $8 if under $99.

  • Expedited shipping options are available and shown at checkout via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • We pride ourselves in lightning fast shipping so you get your items as quick as possible. Most orders placed by 3 p.m. EST ship same day. Otherwise they will ship the next business day unless noted.

  • All Automatic Knives will ship via UPS. We cannot ship these via USPS. At checkout if you choose the free shipping it will ship UPS. If you need faster shipping choose an express option from UPS/FedEx only. Please know your local laws regarding automatic knives. By purchasing one you agree that you are legally allowed to own or carry it. 
  • Please Note: UPS is now offering proof of delivery with photo evidence. If you get home and your package is missing, but it was delivered to the correct location, carriers/insurance are no longer reimbursing for stolen packages. We will not be able to replace or refund your package should theft occur on your property. If you live in an area vulnerable to theft we recommend choosing signature required located in the cart section of our website for the delivery of your package.
  • Please note: There are many delays with shipping right now. If you choose overnight and it does not arrive the next day after shipping the couriers are not refunding any amount right now. Same concept for 2 day or 3 day. If you choose Next day delivery and it is a Friday, your order may or may not be delivered on the following day (Saturday) depending on your local carriers. 
  • We cannot control carrier delivery times. If you pay for shipping and it does not arrive by the estimated timeframe, we do not refund shipping costs.
  • Please do not call or email us and ask to change the shipping address after placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address to anything other than what was entered on your order. There is NO EXCEPTION to this as we have filters in place when ordering online to prevent fraudulent orders.
  • If your package is delayed or you think it may be lost/mis-delivered, please understand that there are processes/steps that need to be done to determine if the package is actually lost via USPS or UPS. Please understand an investigation needs to be completed before any replacement or refund will be processed to you. We have saw many times where packages may appear lost but end up being delivered. 
  • Orders over $800 will automatically require a signature on delivery.
