1. When will my order ship?

Your order will usually ship same business day on most items if ordered before 3:30 PM EST. If not it will ship the following day. Orders placed after this time on a Friday and over the weekends will ship out on Monday. 

2. How do you ship?

We ship using UPS or USPS. We ship everything over $99 for free unless you need it fast then we can ship as fast as you need, just choose that option at checkout. We ship everything inside a strong cardboard box with great protection to prevent shipping damage. 

3. My order is delayed in transit, what can be done?

We cannot see any more information then you can on the tracking status pages. We can keep a close eye on it though for updates. 99.9% of the time the package ends up being delivered. In the rare cases that it doesn't, we of course provide a replacement or refund if we don't have a replacement. We have to wait to make sure the package is indeed lost before sending a replacement/refund. This can take from 1-3 weeks for the carrier to declare a package lost. 

4. Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax to anyone in North Carolina because this is where we are based out of. Also at this time, we are required to charge sales tax to Florida, Ohio, and Illinois residents. This is because of the amount of sales to the residents in those states, so we are now required to charge tax to those states. This does however change on a time basis and will be updated accordingly if it does in the future. 

5. Do you offer financing?

We offer Sezzle and Afterpay as well as a traditional layaway.
